Gift Card Terms and Conditions

 The following terms and conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Botti Ceramics:

 Gift Card Validity:

  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • After the expiration date, the gift card cannot be used or reactivated.

Redemption:

  •  To redeem the gift card, the holder must contact Botti Ceramics via:

  • Booking sessions or redeeming the gift card is subject to the studio’s class schedule.

 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  •  At least 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or changes to scheduled sessions.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in the gift card being considered redeemed.

 No Refunds:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards are personal and non-transferable without prior approval from Botti Ceramics.

 Studio Terms and Conditions:

  •  All gift card redemptions are subject to the studio’s general terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.botticeramics.com/terms-and-conditions.

Upgrades or Additional Fees:

  •  Any additional charges for upgrades or package changes must be paid at the time of redemption.

Loss or Theft:

  •  Botti Ceramics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις - Botti Ceramics Gift Cards

Οι παρακάτω όροι και προϋποθέσεις ισχύουν για όλες τις gift cards του Botti Ceramics:

Ισχύς Gift Cards:

  • Η gift card είναι έγκυρη για 6 μήνες από την ημερομηνία αγοράς.

  • Μετά τη λήξη της ισχύος, η gift card δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ή να επανενεργοποιηθεί.

Εξαργύρωση:

  • Για την εξαργύρωση της gift card, ο κάτοχος πρέπει να επικοινωνήσει με το Botti Ceramics μέσω:

  • Η κράτηση της συνεδρίας ή η χρήση της gift card υπόκειται στο πρόγραμμα μαθημάτων του στούντιο.

Ακυρώσεις και Επαναπρογραμματισμός:

  • Απαιτείται ειδοποίηση τουλάχιστον 48 ωρών για ακυρώσεις ή αλλαγές σε προγραμματισμένα μαθήματα.

  • Ελλείψει ειδοποίησης, η gift card μπορεί να θεωρηθεί ότι έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί.

Μη Επιστροφή Χρημάτων:

  • Οι gift cards δεν επιστρέφονται και δεν μπορούν να εξαργυρωθούν με μετρητά.

  • Είναι προσωπικές και δεν μεταβιβάζονται χωρίς την έγκριση του Botti Ceramics.

Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις:

Προσαυξήσεις ή Αναβαθμίσεις:

  • Τυχόν επιπλέον χρεώσεις για αναβαθμίσεις ή αλλαγές στο πακέτο πληρώνονται κατά την εξαργύρωση.

Απώλεια ή Κλοπή:

  • Το Botti Ceramics δεν φέρει ευθύνη για απώλεια, κλοπή ή καταστροφή της gift card.
